Before you write
- Your data lives on your phone, not on our servers. We can't see your sessions and can't recover them if you deleted them or uninstalled the app.
- Subscription, billing, and refund questions are handled by Apple — see
reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't see your purchase history. - If the AI reflection ever returned something harmful, please send the screenshot and what you said. It goes straight into the eval set and we work on the prompt.
